Who I work with

I work with adults, teenagers and couples.

For individuals, I create a safe space for you to be completely honest about your past and present experiences. By listening to you and helping you to develop a greater understanding of yourself, you will learn strategies to manage your feelings and move toward a peaceful life.

For couples, I facilitate healthy communication between the two of you. It is vital that each person is heard, and I create a framework for you to work through your problems. You could come to sessions alone and together, with the ultimate aim of helping with the difficult – but crucial – skill of really listening to each other.

What I can help with

People come to me with a diverse range of short and/or long-term issues. Maybe you’re going through something right now you need support with, or perhaps there’s something you’ve been managing for a while. Either way, we can give you the space and tools to work through it, together.
