I am an experienced counsellor registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I know that life can be challenging and can leave us anxious, depressed, confused and sometimes angry. I believe that by listening to you, I can provide an opportunity for you to understand your present and past experiences to gain insights into your feelings and behaviour. This will help you to live the life you want to.
I aim to provide you with a safe, warm and caring space to explore your life story.
My pricing is based on your circumstances with fees starting from £30 per hour with all sessions lasting one hour. I work from home and am very flexible; happy to work days, including weekends, and evenings.
